HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, and the dice are rolling.
No dungeon-crawl of a signup. Whether you're looking for a game or you're the one running it, Summon is a short, honest path from "we should really play something" to actually sitting down at the table.
FOR PLAYERS
Find a game. Find your party. Get to the table.
You don't need to already have a group, a system, or a clue where to start. Here's the whole spell in three moves.
Summon a Game Master
Browse pro GMs for any system — D&D, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, your weird indie darling. Filter for online play or a partner venue near you, and pick the table that fits.
Gather your party
Bring your own crew, or — coming soon — use the Party Finder to grab an open seat at someone else's table or assemble a group of strangers and split the GM's price between you.
Sit down and roll
Play in person at a partner venue, or online from anywhere. Roll for initiative — the rest is just good nights around a table.
The Party Finder is on the way, not live yet — it's the piece that lets solo players team up and split a GM's price. No other platform has it, and we can't wait to hand it to you.
FOR GAME MASTERS
List your table. Fill your seats. Keep your gold.
You're the craftsperson this whole thing runs on. Your side of Summon is built to get out of your way and pay you like it.
List your table
Set your price, the systems you run, and the nights you're free. Your table, your rules — you decide what a seat is worth.
Get booked
Players find you and book a seat. You keep 100% of your listed price and 100% of your tips — Summon never takes a cut of what you charge.
Run the game & get paid
Do what you do best, then cash out with same-week payouts. Summon only ever earns the player's flat 7.77% — never a slice of yours.
One bit of honesty up front: we're a new platform bootstrapping our first city, so we can't promise you a crowd on day one. What we can promise is what's in your control — you keep 100%, you get in early, and we only earn when you get booked.
THE FINE PRINT, PLAINLY
Where and when the circle opens.
Online games can happen anywhere there's a decent connection and a shared love of bad decisions in a dungeon. For in-person play, Summon launches at trusted partner venues — game stores, cafés, and the like. Home-hosted games are coming as we grow, but they aren't part of day one.
We're opening the doors in Birmingham first, then heading out city by city. And to keep the table safe for everyone, Summon is 18+ only at launch.
Want extra peace of mind? GMs can opt into a provider-paid background check to earn a verified badge — one more signal you can look for before you book.
THE CIRCLE IS BEING DRAWN
Ready to roll for initiative?
Summon isn't open yet — we're building it, table by table, in Birmingham. Join the waitlist as a player, a Game Master, or a game store and be there when the doors swing open.
