Summon is built by Code Boys, based in Birmingham, Alabama.

This is a preview website and a waitlist for an upcoming marketplace that will connect players with Game Masters. The marketplace is not yet operational, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a guarantee of future services, pricing, or features.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or join the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about the launch. It does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular feature, and our plans may change.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, disrupt, or abusively scrape it; no unauthorized access; and don't submit false information or an email address that isn't yours.

The Summon name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Code Boys and may not be used without our permission.

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Boys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

When Summon launches, separate terms will govern bookings, payments, payouts, cancellations, ratings, and the conduct of players, Game Masters, and game stores. Those terms will be presented before you transact.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
